An immersive culinary destination designed to engage the senses through a unique blend of atmosphere, storytelling, and contemporary hospitality, creating a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
The brief
“Polar Veil” redefines dining as a suspended, dreamlike experience. Inspired by cold atmospheres and ethereal landscapes, the concept immerses guests in a serene, almost otherworldly setting. At its core, the experience is orchestrated around a central DJ, transforming the space into a living composition where sound, light, and movement merge to guide emotions throughout the evening.
The restaurant is conceived as a multi-layered spatial composition, where translucent blue veils shape depth, movement, and perception. The triple-height volume enhances verticality, allowing the fabrics to float and interact with cool, diffused lighting. The DJ is positioned at the heart of the space, acting as both a visual and sensory anchor, around which the entire environment is choreographed, blending architecture, scenography, and sound into a unified immersive experience.
